Our opulent Maritima wines reflect the quality of the carefully selected plots and, after a long maceration, are fermented in a blend of vats and oak barrels. Available in white, rosé and red, this AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence range is named after Maritima Avaticorum, a Gallo-Roman settlement situated on the current site of Martigues and marks the beginning of more than two millennia of viticulture in Provence.

In 1957 the 'Venice of Provence' was founded and today the vineyard stretches from the Côte Bleue to the shores of the Étang de Berre, west of Marseilles. The terroir offers ideal conditions for growing vines, benefitting from exceptional sunshine and its proximity to the sea, the dry climate being influenced by sea breezes and the Mistral.

Our fabulous wines are created by a vineyard with traditional roots yet with their sights set firmly on the future for expert development and production. Irrigation, land management, technical innovations, consultancy, the evolution of grape varieties and the development of new production standards such as High Environmental Value (HVE) and organic farming are all objectives and challenges they have set themselves.

I’m really excited to share that I’ve started a new business called Saveur De Provence!

We are the exclusive UK trade importer for La Venise Provençale - an exceptional family-run winery in southern France that produces absolutely stunning, sun-drenched still and sparkling wines that capture the true essence of Provence.

We are based right here in Hereford, so my main focus is working closely with our fantastic local restaurants, hotels, pubs, and corporate trade across Herefordshire. That said, we are fully set up to supply B2B clients anywhere in the UK too.
